Getting Started

How to create your first offering
Create a 1‑to‑1 session or a program with pricing, duration, and booking rules.
  1. Go to Dashboard → Offerings and click New Offering.
  2. Choose Session or Program, then set title, duration, and price.
  3. Set availability rules and save to publish.
Setting up your availability
Define when clients can book and add buffers to prevent back‑to‑back meetings.
  1. Open Availability in the sidebar.
  2. Add weekly hours and optional buffer times.
  3. Use date overrides for holidays or exceptions.
Customizing your booking page
Update your public booking page with your name, description, and branding.
  1. Open Profile → Public profile settings.
  2. Add your bio, photo, and booking page description.
  3. Share your booking link from the Offerings page.
Connecting your calendar
Sync your calendar to block busy times and auto‑create events.
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar tab.
  2. Connect Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
  3. Enable conflict checks and event creation.

Sessions & Programs

Creating 1‑to‑1 sessions
Offer personal sessions with custom duration, price, and intake form.
  1. Create a Session offering from Dashboard → Offerings.
  2. Set duration, price, and optional questions.
  3. Publish and share the booking link.
Setting up group programs
Build multi‑session programs with a fixed schedule and participant limits.

  3. Publish and share the program enrollment link.
Managing recurring schedules
Create recurring sessions or programs with automated time slots.
  1. Choose a recurring option in your offering or program.
  2. Set the recurrence rule (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly).
  3. Review the schedule before publishing.
Handling payments
Collect payments through Stripe for paid sessions and programs.
  1. Connect Stripe in Settings → Integrations → Payments.
  2. Enable pricing on your offering or program.
  3. Clients pay at checkout before confirmation.

Integrations

Zoom integration setup
Auto‑create Zoom links for every booking.
  1. Go to Integrations → Video.
  2. Connect Zoom and authorize access.
  3. Zoom links are added automatically to bookings.
Google Calendar sync
Sync availability and events with Google Calendar.
  1. Open Integrations → Calendar.
  2. Connect Google Calendar and choose sync settings.
  3. Enable conflict checks to prevent double‑booking.
Stripe payment setup
Receive payments directly in your Stripe account.
  1. Go to Integrations → Payments.
  2. Enter your Stripe publishable and secret keys.
  3. Test credentials, then save to activate.
Email notifications
Control confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups.
  1. Go to Notifications → Email settings.
  2. Enable the notification types you want.
  3. Customize templates if needed.

Account & Billing

Upgrading to Pro
Unlock premium features like priority support and team seats.
  1. Open Settings → Subscription.
  2. Choose Pro monthly or yearly.
  3. Complete Stripe checkout to activate.
Managing your subscription
View billing dates, cancel, or switch plans.
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  2. Review plan status and next billing date.
  3. Cancel or update billing period as needed.
Payment methods
Update your billing card through Stripe.
  1. Open Settings → Subscription.
  2. Use the billing portal link to update your card.
  3. Confirm changes and return to the app.
Account settings
